We are a family run business that understands the challenges faced with trying to buy the perfect building site in the countryside.

On this website we showcase some of our own rural sites in the Dromore, Donaghcloney, Hillsborough and Blackskull areas of County Down in Northern Ireland.

We understand the importance of the personal touch, so want to link buyers keen to find the perfect rural site in the countryside with ourselves, the sellers, who already have that perfect site with full planning approved. Most have adjacent land available should you require paddocks etc.

We have been surprised by the amount of people so far that have said they have had difficulties finding a suitable building site on which to build their dream home.
